Bell Schedule
Merrimack High School operates on a Modified Block Schedule. This system simplifies the weekly schedule into distinct patterns:
Standard Days (Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays)

All Periods 1 through 8 meet for their standard duration.
Block Days (Wednesdays and Thursdays)
Block days feature extended class periods, allowing for deeper learning and longer activity time.

Wednesdays: Only Odd-numbered Periods meet (Periods 1, 3, 5, 7).

Thursdays: Only Even-numbered Periods meet (Periods 2, 4, 6, 8).
Lunch Service on Block Days
On Wednesdays and Thursdays, three separate lunch periods are served during the middle of the school day.

Lunch is served during the extended Period 5 (Wednesdays) or Period 6 (Thursdays). Students' schedules determine which lunch block they attend.
